For example, if you are an intermediate athlete, with 30 minutes and a pair of handweights, you can easily find workouts that will help you tone your upper body.
We make it easy to discover new, relevant workouts. Every workout does not work for every person. Take a moment to decide what type of workout you are looking for. Just as if you are going to the gym, or working out outside, it’s important to think about what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to work on your core? Are you looking for Cardio? Do you want a short workout? Decide what it is you are looking for, then search for relevant workouts.

No, bodyweight exercises are incredibly effective and provide ample variety. Most of our workouts require no equipment. Adding equipment, however, can help you target specific areas. If you are thinking of buying equipment, our top two recommendations: a mat and a pair of handweights. These two pieces of equipment will add a variety of options to your workout. The mat will also help protect your floors and reduce noise. You can get these for under $20 each and will last for years –it’s a lot less expensive than a gym membership.

If you want to do a workout that suggests equipment you don't have, improvise. For example:
  • Mat: Use a carpet as a soft surface
  • Handweights, Dumbbells and Kettlebells: Cans from the kitchen work great
  • Step: Stepping on the floor can also be effective
  • Jump Rope: Hop in place
  • Chair: Coffee table will also work

MoveMeFit has the best selection of workouts in a variety of categories, from strength-training to Pilates to tai chi. Workouts vary from two minutes to over an hour long. MoveMeFit works on any internet connected device -a phone, tablet, laptop or TV. It's important that you position your device in a place that you can easily see it. Put your laptop, tablet or phone on a table if you are doing a workout that involves a lot of standing. If you are doing core work or Pilates, put your device on the floor so you can see it.

And as folks down in Texas say, bigger is always better. In this case, we find bigger to be more motivating. If you don’t have an internet connected TV, we recommend connecting your device to your TV. This will boost your overall experience. You can use an HDMI cable to hook up a device to the back of your TV, or use Chromecast / Apple Airplay.

Being healthy should be affordable. That's why we give you access to hundreds of workouts videos for a low monthly fee. By comparison, it would cost you well over $2,000 if you bought the equivalent amount of workout videos independently. We also know that many people like mixing up their workout environments, whether that's at home, a gym, a studio or outdoors. It's important to us that MoveMeFit is a viable option either on its own or mixed with your existing routines. We, therefore, keep MoveMeFit affordable. Your first month is on us when you join as a new premium member! If you sign-up on the monthly plan, you will not be charged for the first 30 days. And if you cancel in those first 30 days, we will never bill you. If you sign up for our six month or annual plan, you will get an additional month for free. So if you sign up for a six month plan, you will get a 7th month for free!
Absolutely. You can cancel your membership at any time, and won't receive another charge from us. If you cancel, you can access the site for the duration of your plan. On the monthly plan, you can cancel during your free month and you won't be charged.
No. We do, however, offer nutritional advice through email and on our blog, if you opt-in to receive those. If you would like to track your nutrition, there are numerous companies that have great tracking products. Send us an email if you would like a recommendations on which to use.
To cancel your subscription on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch directly:
  1. Go to the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Apple ID: {your Apple ID email}
  4. Tap View Apple ID
  5. Log in if it asks you to
  6. Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Manage
  7. Set the MoveMeFit subscription slider to Off
To cancel on your computer through iTunes:
  1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
  2. Choose Store > Sign In from the iTunes menu.
  3. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
  4. Choose Store > View My Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password. Click View Account .
  5. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
  6. Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions.
  7. From the Manage Subscription screen click on the subscription that you would like to manage.
  8. On the Edit Subscription screen, you will see the current subscription status and subscription details.
  9. Click the Off radio button to turn off Auto-Renewal.
  10. You will see a confirmation window asking you to confirm. Click Continue to proceed.
